Kacey drawing shell
Kacey Ballard drawing the shell using the contour method.

To see assignments and exercises from Jane Rosen's classes at UC Berkeley, please visit http://www.janerosen.com/teaching. Some of these lessons will serve as a model for the two-day workshops and be adapted for each specific group of participants.

You will find examples of student work along with master drawings which help to illustrate some of the ideas. It is not necessary to understand the concepts prior to the workshop. They are offered as an example of the range of skills that can be acquired by beginning students.
